"Started out great but when moved from NJ to NY, price would increase a lot. To be expected. When cancelled my auto & renters they said they would check with underwriter's about my umbrella & tell me a rate. They never did. But they kept charging me for my umbrella at a new rate. Post-it notes are very handy! They never verified that I met the requirements to maintain umbrella (liability limits) but kept charging. Now I've paid $80.81 for nothing. If I had made a claim on my umbrella, I'm sure they wouldn't have honored it. After paying thousands for years (with zero claims) you would think they would refund me this tiny amount since it was their error...but no. Friendly neighborhood agent, I think not. You might as well go to one of the big online companies.
