"Working with Katherine at the Kacey Padlo office was truly a great insurance experience. Katherine walked me through line by line of our previous policy and showed how State Farm could offer more comprehensive coverage for less money. Our family ultimately switched to State Farm for these reasons, as better coverage for our home and vehicles was the top priority. Katherine made our options clear and made sure the entire transition was seamless for us. We have already received further information on how we can save more in the future, something our previous insurer only mentioned upon learning we were going elsewhere.
